What will you do as my planner? 

       As your planner I will put your event together, consult with you throughout the process, research vendors / venues, act as your liaison, assist with timelines / itinerary, monitor budget, guest management, save you time and some stress so you can enjoy every aspect of your event, etc……

 

What will you do as my coordinator?

      As your coordinator I will review contracts, contact vendors for confirmation of services, ensure timeline is followed, execute plans that have been created, be your liaison, oversee set-up, handle the logistics, etc……

Who do you work best with?  

         I work best with clients that are easy going and who want to be an active participant in the planning process.  I love working with people who realize nothing is perfect and the mishaps are what will make their event unique.  I do not work well with any type of ……zillas or anyone who is uptight and not able to make decisions or stick to timelines.  We also, work well with clients that realize a beautiful event is not about the money you spend but who you spend it with (the ones that mean the most).  Finally, we work best with clients that want to hear the truth.

Will you work with any vendor?

          Jenira’s will work with anyone you choose it is your event and you’re in charge.  Jenira’s does not select your vendors we will research anyone you are interested in and make suggestions based on your needs but the final decision is yours.

 

What area do you service?

          We primarily service the South Jersey area because we believe in being able to provide our local area with quality and affordable service.  However, based on the event we will do a limited amount of travel.  If your event is more than 15 miles either way we charge a travel fee of $3.50 per mile.

 

 

Do you have any training?

          Yes.  I have a bachelor’s degree in business, received my certified event professional designation from US Event Guide and also completed the professional bridal consultant program through Penn Foster.  I also, worked in the casino industry for over 13years in marketing, special events and entertainment as well as having 11years of banking experience.  Finally, I believe in networking and attending seminars that help me to continue to grow in my business.

 

What type of events do you plan?

       Jenira's plans all types of social events i.e. birthday parties, weddings, small business gatherings, fundraisers, family reunions, bar/bat mitzvah's, showers, sweet sixteens, spa parties and the list goes on so if you have a reason to celebrate we have a reason to plan.
